Your Parole Agent of the DPC staff can make a referral by completing a Bureau of Community Corrections (BCC) Electronic Referral Form. Referrals for the workforce development should be made with Connections Work listed as the service provider.

Reentry Programs are funded through the United Way of Berks County, the County of Berks, the PA Department of Corrections, state and federal grants, foundation grants, local church groups and the generous ongoing support of businesses and individuals.

Reentry Resource Guide

The Ready to Reenter Resource Guide is designed to help connect returning citizens with services in Berks County. It addresses basic needs like employment, identification, and clothing, but also gives the offenders information for probation/parole, domestic relations, and other government agencies. The guide is updated every few months as new information is made available to us.
