Need help accessing community resources? The Reentry Resource Center (RERC) is operated by Connections Work and is a single point of contact for individuals with current or prior justice system involvement. Those seeking assistance from the RERC will undergo a brief assessment by our staff, which will help to determine their immediate needs. Assistance for basic needs along with information and referrals to services in the community will be provided.

Reentry Resource Guide
The Ready to Reenter Resource Guide is designed to help connect returning citizens with services in Berks County. It addresses basic needs like employment, identification, and clothing, but also gives the offenders information for probation/parole, domestic relations, and other government agencies. The guide is updated every few months as new information is made available to us.
